Gingham Fabric (1/8) – Classic Check for School & Workwear
Our small gingham fabric is the most refined and traditional style in our gingham collection, widely recognised as the classic school uniform gingham. Featuring tiny check squares measuring just ? of an inch, this fabric offers a crisp, smart appearance ideal for both school wear and light workwear.
Woven using one white yarn and one coloured yarn, it creates the timeless gingham pattern with a distinctive third tone that’s slightly lighter than the primary colour. The structured weave and clean finish make this fabric perfect for tailored garments such as men’s and women’s shirts, blouses, and uniforms.
Made from a durable 65% polyester / 35% cotton blend, this lightweight yet hard-wearing polycotton fabric can withstand frequent hot washes—ideal for the daily demands of school life and active environments.
