A popular style of army camouflage print known as Desert Camo or Chocolate chip camo. The print uses shades of beige and brown, soft pale khaki green and accents of very dark brown. The print design itself is very large. The overlapping areas of colour spread widely over the 150 cm width of the fabric.
Made from 100% polyester, the fabric has a strong taut weave with a water repellent coating which makes it ideal for outdoor activities. Used for fashion or for functional use, this pattern is popular for army style clothing or outwear for hiking. Desert camo is used for combat trousers, shorts, jackets, tents and marquees. Originally used as a pattern for army use in the dessert and arid landscapes, the fabric would still work as an excellent camouflage coverage in these conditions.
