(Covid-19) Update - 19-03-2020
First of all, We hope you, your family and friends are all in good health.
In recent days, we have all become very familiar with concepts like ‘social distancing’, ‘self-isolation’ and ‘flattening the curve’ – all part of our individual and collective efforts to slow and limit the spread of COVID-19.
We wanted to let you know that we are working hard doing our bit to mitigate the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our staff and you, our valued customers.
We have put in place a number of processes and implemented measures in line with local and national government guidelines and public health advice to keep our staff safe.
Thanks to their co-operation we are operating as normal from our warehouse in Birmingham.
As such, your orders will be fulfilled as efficiently as usual.
We will keep you notified regarding your order of any longer than expected delays as they are determined we will be monitoring the situation closely and will strive to dispatch orders with as little delay as possible.
Our warehouse is closed to the general public however collection can be arranged only by prior notice, please call us on 0121 359 2349 to make arrangements, note a two metre social distancing measure is in place.
We are not able to guarantee next day delivery during this time, please expect a minimum delay of one week due to current situation of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We currently have a skeleton staff covering our sales and customer services we will do our best to assist you through this difficult uncertain period in anyway we can.
To combat the increase in product demand we have taken delivery of additional stock to avoid any potential supply disruption. If you do need to stock up on any products please call us on 0121 359 2349 or contact us through our contact form.
Should we need to make any changes to our hours of business or processing of orders, we will let you know, directly and via our website.
