Orders are sent out daily by Royal mail or recognised couriers with tracking facilities, orders which have been despatched from our warehouse are normally sent on a next day service and delivery to customers within 1 to 2 days is expected. Orders that are sent via Royal Mail First Class post are not traceable unless they have been sent via Royal Mail Recorded Post service or sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Orders sent through recognised couriers are sent on a next day service with a full tracking service, courier drivers deliver up to 5.30pm, However if a timed delivery is required we can offer a before 9.00am or before 12.00pm service. A Saturday service is also available, delivery is normally made before 1.00pm on Saturdays.
We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days provided all items are in stock at our warehouse. (provided we are not affected with third party issues beyond our control).
Delivery charges are shown in the checkout once you have added items to the cart. You will be given a breakdown of your order, including any delivery costs, before we ask you to confirm your order and make payment for your cart. delivery charges are worked out as you add items to your cart up to a maximum charge.
Current maximum mainland delivery charge is £24.99 for a consignment of 20kgs, delivery charge for fabric samples is £1.99. Fabric samples are sent via Royal Mail First Class post. Special delivery can be requested for urgent fabric samples. (This will incur further charges).
If your delivery address is in a remote location in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or in any other non-mainland UK location a delivery surcharge will be applied.
If this is applicable to your delivery postcode or delivery location we will contact you before your order is despatched.

Other locations: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
Please note: we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.
We offer overseas delivery to all locations, orders are sent via DHL, TNT or other suitable worldwide couriers and overseas are sent on 2 to 4 days service orders that weigh below 2kgs are sent via Royal Mail International service or Royal Mail Airsure service, delivery is usually made within 4 days to Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe and 7 days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting. However it is advised to allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Please note orders sent on a Royal Mail International service or Royal Mail Air sure service are not traceable once they leave the UK.
Delivery charges to all parts of the world are not the same and although we try to keep the delivery charges as economical as possible, remote destinations or heavy consignments will increase the cost. Your order will not be processed until you have fully accepted the delivery charges.
We will need to know details of your order so we can workout the delivery charges and also work out the best economical way to send the items you want to order. Send us an email with details of the items you want to order, you need to include the quantities of all the items you want to order and include your full delivery address, this will help us work out the total weight and volume of the consignment, once we have this information we can get a shipping quote from a suitable overseas courier. Overseas orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
All orders are treated as urgent despatch, however during very busy periods it may take longer to despatch your order, please contact us prior to placing your order if your order is Top Urgent , we will confirm same day despatch or advise if there will be delays with your order.
Postal Strike Delays
Please be aware Royal Mail at times announce potential strikes, this may cause a slight delay in our usual delivery timescales.
We are doing everything we can to try to avoid any impacts to the service we offer to our customers, and apologise in advance if you experience delays receiving your order.
Please note that during the busy holiday season of Christmas and New Year there may be some delay in your package reaching you in time. Though we work hard to dispatch your order on time, due to the increased volume of packages distributed worldwide during Christmas time you may experience some delays.
We use trustworthy deliver companies to deliver your goods. However, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions and traffic can cause delays. We apologise sincerely if this situation does arise. We simply ask for your awareness that delays can occur.
We will try our best to meet all delivery expectations but due to the ever-progressing Covid-19 situation and routine delays over the Christmas and New year period; further delays are to be expected.

Please Note: During busy periods Paid Fabric Samples have more priority and are promptly despatched over free fabric samples.
