Embroidery Anglais

English Embroidery is a type of needlework that arose in England in the 19th century. It is characterised by patterns of small holes bound with buttonhole stitches. The common base material for English embroidery is Cotton or Poly Cotton. This type of  fabric may also feature patterns worked in Satin.
